The hotel had spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms. I found the breakfast options substantial. The hotel's location is convenient near major transport options. I appreciated the proximity to various visitor spots.

location good but sleep quality suffered
damp bedding sewage smell
the staff were friendly upon arrival. the hotel offered great facilities and views.
the bedding felt damp which was uncomfortable. there was a green flashing light on the smoke alarm right above the bed and it kept my wife awake for hours. i did not like the hotel location as the street stunk of raw sewage

rooftop view missing mini bar
the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options available.
the room i booked supposedly had a city view, but the reality was just a view of rooftops. i found this disappointing. also, the room description listed both a fridge and a mini bar, but there was no mini bar present. the fridge wasn't even switched on when i arrived. staff told me i had to switch it on myself via the wardrobe switch.

fantastic city stay
excellent location quiet room diverse guests quick check-in
the hotel's location is excellent near the station and spitalfields market is a short walk away i found the room clean and quiet i also appreciated the diversity of the hotel guests check-in was quick as i arrived early.
the window in my room did not open it was difficult to sleep in such conditions

fresh option charming market
the breakfast buffet included many fresh options, especially i loved the gluten-free bread!!! the staff was helpful. also, the location near the underground made getting around so easy. nearby markets added to the charm.
the room lighting was a little dim, i preferred a brighter space.
